George Nicholas er advokat hos MTR Legal. Hans juridiske karriere er preget av internasjonal orientering, strategisk tenkning og et sterkt fokus på forretningsjuridiske spørsmål. Etter å ha studert juss ved Universitetet i Hamburg, fullførte han sitt rettspraktikantopphold ved Schleswig-Holsteins høyere regionrett med stasjoner i offentlig administrasjon, hos forsvarsadvokater samt i juridisk avdeling i et globalt konsern.
Før han begynte hos MTR Legal, jobbet George Nicholas både som juridisk rådgiver hos Archer Daniels Midland Co. og i et internasjonalt Hamburg-basert firma innen forretningsjus og skipsfart. Gjennom disse stillingene har han omfattende erfaring i juridisk støtte ved grenseoverskridende saker samt i prosedyre. I tillegg har han i flere år jobbet som oversetter for juridiske fagspråk og er derfor spesielt dyktig i engelskspråklig juridisk kommunikasjon.
George Nicholas gir råd spesielt i komplekse forretningsjuridiske sammenhenger med internasjonal tilknytning. Hans ekspertise ligger i kontraktsutforming, tvisteløsning samt støtte ved strategiske bedriftsbeslutninger på nasjonalt og globalt nivå.
