Marc Klaas është një avokat i shumëfish shpërblyer dhe partner te MTR Legal, i specializuar në të drejtën tregtare dhe shoqërore. Pas studimeve të tij në drejtësi në Universitetin Friedrich-Wilhelms në Bonn, ku u përqendrua në të drejtën e punës dhe të drejtën ekonomike ndërkombëtare, ai përfitoi përvoja të gjera profesionale. Gjatë periudhës së tij si referendar, Marc punoi në departamentin ligjor të Porsche AG në Stuttgart, ku merrej me të drejtën tregtare dhe atë të kontratave. Më pas, ai punoi si jurist te SIAG Engineering GmbH, me fokus në të drejtën e kontratave, tregtare dhe shoqërore. Që nga viti 2011, ai forcon ekipin e MTR Legal dhe sjell ekspertizën e tij në çështjet ligjore kombëtare dhe ndërkombëtare.
Marc Klaas përqendrohet në aktivitetin e tij këshillues te MTR Legal në të drejtën tregtare dhe të shoqërive kombëtare dhe ndërkombëtare. Ai sjell përvojën e tij të gjerë në procedura komplekse të drejtësisë civile dhe gjithashtu këshillon në transaksionet M&A si dhe në të drejtën IT.
