Marc Klaas er en prisbelønnet advokat og partner i MTR Legal, spesialisert på handels- og selskapsrett. Deretter jobbet han som juridisk rådgiver hos SIAG Engineering GmbH, med fokus på kontrakts-, handels- og selskapsrett. Siden 2011 har han styrket teamet hos MTR Legal og bidrar med sin ekspertise i nasjonale og internasjonale juridiske spørsmål.
Marc Klaas fokuserer i sin rådgivning hos MTR Legal på nasjonal og internasjonal handels- og selskapsrett. Han bringer med seg sin omfattende erfaring i komplekse sivilrettslige prosesser og gir også råd i M&A-transaksjoner samt innen IT-rett. Hans ekspertise er spesielt etterspurt i bransjene luft- og romfart, bilindustri, IT-telekommunikasjon, maskin- og anleggsindustri samt innenfor venturekapital og oppstartsbedrifter, hvor han utvikler skreddersydde løsninger for de spesifikke kravene til internasjonalt opererende selskaper.
