Marc Klaas, MTR Legal’de ortak ve birçok ödül kazanmış bir avukattır, ticaret ve şirketler hukuku alanında uzmanlaşmıştır. Bonn’daki Friedrich-Wilhelms Üniversitesi’nde hukuk eğitimi aldıktan sonra, iş hukuku ve uluslararası ekonomik hukuk üzerine yoğunlaştı ve kapsamlı mesleki deneyimler edindi. Stajyer avukatlık döneminde Stuttgart’taki Porsche AG’nin hukuk departmanında ticaret ve sözleşme hukuku üzerine çalıştı. Ardından, SIAG Engineering GmbH’de sözleşme, ticaret ve şirketler hukuku alanlarında odaklanarak hukuk müşaviri olarak görev yaptı. 2011 yılından beri MTR Legal ekibini güçlendiriyor ve ulusal ve uluslararası hukuki konulardaki uzmanlığını sunuyor.
Marc Klaas, MTR Legal’de danışmanlık görevinde ulusal ve uluslararası ticaret ve şirketler hukukuna odaklanmaktadır. Kapsamlı deneyimini karmaşık medeni hukuk davalarına taşımakta ve ayrıca birleşme ve satın alma işlemleri ile bilişim hukuku konularında danışmanlık yapmaktadır. Uzmanlığı, özellikle havacılık ve uzay, otomotiv, bilişim telekomünikasyon, makine ve tesis mühendisliği ile girişim sermayesi ve start-up alanlarında talep görmektedir. Uluslararası faaliyet gösteren şirketlerin özel gereksinimlerine yönelik özel çözümler geliştirmektedir.
