Marc Klaas är en flerfaldigt prisbelönt advokat och partner på MTR Legal, specialiserad på handels- och bolagsrätt. Efter sina juridikstudier vid Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universitetet i Bonn, där han fokuserade på arbetsrätt och internationell affärsrätt, samlade han omfattande yrkeserfarenhet. Under sin juristpraktik arbetade Marc på Porsche AG:s juridiska avdelning i Stuttgart, där han sysslade med handels- och avtalsrätt. Därefter arbetade han som bolagsjurist på SIAG Engineering GmbH, med fokus på avtals-, handels- och bolagsrätt. Sedan 2011 förstärker han teamet på MTR Legal och bidrar med sin expertis inom nationella och internationella rättsfrågor.
Marc Klaas fokuserar i sin rådgivande verksamhet hos MTR Legal på nationell och internationell handels- och bolagsrätt. Han bidrar med sin omfattande erfarenhet i komplexa civilrättsliga processer och ger dessutom råd vid M&A-transaktioner samt inom IT-rätt. Hans expertis är särskilt eftertraktad inom branscherna luft- och rymdfart, fordonsindustri, IT-telekommunikation, maskin- och anläggningsbyggande samt inom området riskkapital och start-ups, där han utvecklar skräddarsydda lösningar för de specifika krav som internationellt verksamma företag ställer.
