Franz Mahlke is an Associate at MTR Legal Rechtsanwälte. He studied law at the Free University of Berlin with a focus on general tax law, accounting law and corporate tax law. He completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal (Kammergericht) and passed the second state law examination with distinction. His legal career also includes positions at various federal ministries, a Big Four accounting firm and several law firms.

Through his education with a focus on general tax law as well as accounting and corporate tax law, and his practical experience at commercial law firms, a tax advisory company, an auditing firm and in the public sector, he combines legal precision with economic understanding.
