Franz Mahlke, MTR Legal Rechtsanwälte’de Associate olarak çalışmaktadır. Berlin Özgür Üniversitesi’nde genel vergi hukuku, bilanço hukuku ve şirket vergi hukuku alanlarına odaklanarak hukuk eğitimi almıştır. Stajını Berlin Yüksek Eyalet Mahkemesi’nde (Kammergericht) tamamlamış ve ikinci hukuk devlet sınavını üstün başarıyla vermiştir. Hukuki kariyeri, farklı federal bakanlıklarda, bir Big Four denetim şirketinde ve çeşitli hukuk bürolarında görevleri de kapsamaktadır.
Franz Mahlke, özellikle şirketlere, girişimcilere ve özel şahıslara genel vergi hukuku ile ticaret hukuku konularında danışmanlık yapmaktadır.
