Franz Mahlke er Associate hos MTR Legal Rechtsanwälte. Han studerte juss ved Det frie universitet i Berlin med fokus på generell skatterett, regnskapsrett og selskapsskatterett. Han gjennomførte sin advokatfullmektigperiode ved lagmannsretten i Berlin (Kammergericht) og avla den andre juridiske statseksamen med utmerkelse. Hans juridiske karriere omfatter også arbeid ved ulike føderale ministerier, et Big Four-revisjonsselskap og flere advokatfirmaer.
