Attorney Marc Klaas, MTR Rechtsanwälte, has once again been included in the Handelsblatt ranking of “Germany’s Best Lawyers” in the field of “Mergers and Acquisitions”.
Each year, Handelsblatt, in cooperation with the US publisher Best Lawyers, selects “Germany’s Best Lawyers”. In the 2022 awards as well, Attorney Marc Klaas, MTR Rechtsanwälte, has again made it into the “Best Lawyers” ranking in the legal field of “Mergers and Acquisitions” (M&A). This is not uncharted territory for Attorney Klaas. He was already listed among Germany’s best Lawyers by Handelsblatt in the field of “Mergers and Acquisitions” in the past two years.
Although Attorney Klaas has now made it onto the list of Germany’s best lawyers for the third consecutive time, the award does not become routine for him because of it. Rather, it serves as both an incentive and a challenge to maintain and further expand the high level of service provided to his clients. This is only ever possible as a team, and Attorney Klaas views his inclusion in the ranking as not only a personal accolade but also an award for the entire team of the law firm MTR Rechtsanwälte. This is especially true since they have succeeded in consolidating and expanding the high level of legal advice under the challenging conditions of the Corona pandemic.
Being included in the list of Germany’s best lawyers is particularly special because it also reflects the high esteem of attorneys from other firms. To compile the ranking, Best Lawyers conducts a survey of law firms every year. Attorneys provide assessments of the quality of work by their colleagues from other firms. This high esteem is particularly evident in the explanation of which lawyer they would recommend if they themselves were unavailable for a client.
The recommendation naturally represents a high level of trust, and Attorney Klaas, along with his team, will continue to do everything in their power to justify this trust and meet high expectations.
