Deniz Tinmaz is a lawyer at MTR Legal Rechtsanwälte and part of the law firm’s business law-oriented team. After the First State Examination, he completed a specialized Master’s program (LL.M.) in German-Turkish Business Law at the University of Cologne and Istanbul Bilgi University. Additionally, he has extensive experience in insolvency and restructuring law, particularly in the preparation of procedural briefs, insolvency applications, and the examination of insolvency-related claims. He also advises on liability issues of bodies and directors, as well as on restructuring and compliance issues, such as registration obligations or prospectus requirements. His profile is complemented by his specialization in German-Turkish business law, which he deepened through an international master’s degree.
