Business lawyer Gözde Ҫağla Saka studied law at the University of Bayreuth, where she also completed additional training in business law with a focus on management and competition. The substantive focus of her studies was on the areas of commercial law and criminal tax law. During her studies, she also completed internships at the Bayreuth Local Court and the Government of Upper Franconia. She completed her legal traineeship at the Bamberg Higher Regional Court with the second state law examination.
During her legal traineeship, she mainly focused on tax law and insolvency law.
Gözde Ҫağla Saka has been working as a lawyer at MTR Rechtsanwälte since 2022.
In addition to tax law and criminal tax law, Gözde Ҫağla Saka also focuses on commercial law. She also supports national and international clients in legal issues relating to e-commerce.
