Michael Rainer is the founding and managing partner of MTR Lawyers. After studying law in Bonn with a focus on business law, he went on to work for MTU Maintenance Hannover (Aero Engines) in business development and M&A while also serving as an advisor to Friedrich Kocks GmbH & Co. KG.

Mr. Rainer’s practice focuses on national and international commercial law, corporate law, and business law. He also provides counsel on M&A transactions.

Mr. Rainer advises domestic and international clients – including institutional investors, startups, and those involved in venture capital – from the aerospace and defense, biotechnology and chemical, food, infrastructure, as well as logistics and transportation industries.
