Yesim Satar-Koznan er ansatt som advokat hos MTR Legal. Hun fullførte sine juridiske studier ved Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster med fokus på internasjonal rett, europeisk rett og internasjonal privatrett. I løpet av studiene deltok hun i den anerkjente Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court og ble tildelt Best Memorial Runner-Up Award.
Under sitt juridiske praktikum ved Landgericht Dortmund opparbeidet hun omfattende praktisk erfaring innen forretningsjuss – blant annet ved advokatfirmaet Dr. Nockelmann & Partner i Dortmund samt i juridisk avdeling hos det kanadiske selskapet Holt Renfrew & Co. Limited i Toronto. Utdanningen hennes ble supplert med videreutdanning innen tysk og internasjonal voldgift ved Goethe-Universität Frankfurt.
Yesim Satar-Koznan fokuserer hos MTR Legal på nasjonal og internasjonal forretningsjus. Hennes hovedområder inkluderer grenseoverskridende kontraktsforhold, handelskonflikter samt utforming og gjennomgang av kontrakter. Et annet fokusområde for hennes arbeid er selskapsrett – spesielt juridisk støtte ved selskapsstiftelser, inkludert utforming av selskapsavtaler og -strukturer.
Hun utmerker seg ved presise analyser og en forståelig, løsningsorientert tilnærming til komplekse forretningsjuridiske problemstillinger. Hennes arbeidsmetoder kombinerer juridisk grundighet med et klart blikk for økonomisk holdbare og juridisk robuste løsninger.
