Carolin Steinke, MTR Legal’de Avukat ve Managing Counsel olarak görev yapmaktadır. Köln Üniversitesi’nde hukuk eğitimini tamamladı ve burada özellikle Uluslararası Hukuk ile Ticaret ve Şirketler Hukuku üzerine yoğunlaştı. Akademik kariyerini Norveç’teki Bergen Üniversitesi’nde bir dönem yurtdışında eğitim alarak ve Letonya’da Klauberg Baltics hukuk firmasında uluslararası stajlar yaparak zenginleştirdi. Carolin, ayrıca Avrupa Ticaret Hukuku ve Uluslararası Yatırım Hukuku konularında uzmanlığını derinleştiren bir Ekonomi Hukuku LL.M. derecesi elde etti. 2022 yılından itibaren MTR Legal ekibini güçlendirmektedir.
Carolin Steinke, danışmanlık faaliyetlerinde ticaret ve şirketler hukukuna odaklanmakta ve güçlü bir uluslararası yönelime sahip bulunmaktadır. Uzmanlık alanı, Avrupa ekonomik hukuku ve uluslararası yatırım hukuku kapsamaktadır ve bu, tahkim hukuku konusundaki kapsamlı bilgisiyle desteklenmektedir. Carolin, hem ulusal hem de uluslararası müvekkillere etkili bir şekilde danışmanlık yapmakta, sınır ötesi hukuki zorluklarda destek olmakta ve özellikle şirket kuruluşu ve işlemleri alanında yetkindir. Yaklaşımı, uluslararası faaliyet gösteren şirketlerin ihtiyaçlarına yönelik stratejik bir anlayışla hukuki hassasiyeti birleştirmektedir.
