Michael Wiechmann graduated in law from the University of Cologne, majoring in civil law and civil procedure law. As a public prosecutor in the areas of criminal law and criminal procedure law, he worked for the public prosecutor’s office in Cologne. As legal counsel for HCA Health Care Advisers GmbH, he was responsible for the areas of labour law, contract drafting, corporate law and medical law. He also completed a programme to qualify as a specialist lawyer for labour law.
