Carolin Püttmann studied law at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster. She added a Master of Law (LLM) in International Business from the Université de Fribourg in Switzerland to her successful degree. During her legal clerkship, she focused on general civil law and real estate law. During her studies, Carolin Püttmann completed various internships at different law firms in Germany and, among others, at Arendt & Medernach in Luxembourg. Thereby she gained deep insights into capital markets law, commercial and corporate law and insolvency law. Since February 2023 she has been working as a lawyer for MTR Legal Attorneys at Law.

Due to her versatility, Carolin Püttmann is able to advise the national and international clientele of MTR Legal Rechtsanwälte in several fields of law. Her main focus is on commercial and corporate law, capital markets law and business law.
