Marius Lieven studied law at Leipzig University with a focus on business law. As part of his legal traineeship, he worked for, among others, an international law firm in South Africa.

Mr. Lieven’s practice focuses on national and international commercial law, corporate law, industrial property law, and real estate law. In addition, he provides counsel on M&A transactions and IT law. He also conducts complex civil litigation.

Mr. Lieven advises both domestic and international clients – including startups, institutional investors, and those involved in venture capital – from the aerospace and defense, automotive, IT telecommunications, mechanical and plant engineering, energy, and healthcare industries.
